Steve leads the senior management team in setting the company’s strategic direction and is guiding the company’s evolution from its successful first customer deployment into broad commercialization and growth. Steve has been part of reimagining the technology landscape for over 20 years. As founder and CEO of Endeca, he reimagined the database to support faceted information ultimately leading to Oracle acquiring the company as its 6th largest acquisition ever when announced (reported at $1.1 billion). He was part of the team creating Akamai that reimagined global Internet content distribution – now carrying peaks of 15 terabits/s of web traffic on any given day – and led the team at Inktomi that reimagined the network cache to create carrier class caching. Earlier he worked with AT&T Teradata where enterprise computing was reimagined with the first use of Intel processors for enterprise servers. He has a BS from Princeton University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
Baruch is a highly experienced manager with almost 20 years of experience in Research and Development as well as program and project management.
As an engineering manager at Intel, he led cross-domain teams for several wireless solutions, from the Silicon, RF design, development, and integration to mass production. Responsibilities included several engineering functions such as VLSI, software, firmware, and hardware.
In addition to Intel, Baruch has held several technical leadership roles in the telecommunication industry, including roles at Siano Mobile Silicon and Motorola.
Baruch joined Parallel Wireless in 2018 to build and lead several global teams. He eventually became head of Global R&D, an organization of over 600 employees across 6 countries before becoming President and COO in 2022.
Baruch holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology (Cum Laude), MS in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and Management Studies from Tel Aviv University.
Sean brings to the organization almost 30 years of global finance experience, leveraging his exposure in accounting, operations, and finance. Sean spent 12 years at PTC out of college which provided him a wide array of opportunities working in various domestic and international accounting roles, including a move to Ireland to work closely with the International Development Association (IDA) to establish PTC’s Dublin headquarters.
From there, Sean left the public company sector and established the finance, planning and analysis function at Endeca Technologies in Cambridge MA, working closely with senior leadership to build a strong financial reporting structure for the Services organization. After Endeca was acquired by Oracle in 2011, Sean held various finance positions at Veracode, Endurance International Group and Carbonite before joining Parallel Wireless in 2016.
Matt brings over 15 years of global law firm and GC experience with technology companies through all stages of growth. At Shoobx and Gazelle, he was a member of the executive teams and responsible for all legal operations and strategy to support the growing businesses. At Endeca, he was responsible for overseeing corporate compliance and governance initiatives, managing commercial transactions, intellectual property matters, international operations and expansion, and providing legal support to the sales and services organizations. He was responsible for legal aspects of the successful negotiation and sale of the company to Oracle. As an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP, Matt represented public and private growth technology companies and advised clients on general corporate, SEC compliance, corporate governance, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions and technology licenses. Matt has a BA in Political Science from Boston College and a JD from Boston College Law School.
Anand has spent 24 years in the mobile and cellular industry, starting out as a software engineer followed by 10 years at Motorola and Cisco leading QA efforts.
Anand joined Parallel Wireless in 2013, where he earned the trust and admiration of several Tier 1 customers demonstrating perseverance, rigorous discipline and high standards for quality while deploying innovative network solutions. He most recently led the global Systems Engineering team supporting customers on 5 continents. Parallel Wireless customers have consistently recognized this team for its expertise, commitment to quality and ease of doing business.
Anand now leads the Professional Services organization, and his combined focus on quality and customer satisfaction make him ideally suited to drive customer success.
Anand graduated from Government College of Engineering, Pune with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication.
Netanel (Nati) has 15+ years’ experience in software, semiconductors, and communication systems development.
While at Intel, Nati led the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) System Engineering organization which handled the integration of the solution with Intel’s modem products (for Si, HW and SW). Nati also successfully managed Intel’s GNSS Santa Clara site that successfully deployed more than 500M modems into tier-1 mobile devices.
Nati joined Parallel Wireless in 2020 to manage the company’s LTE protocol stack development. In addition to driving the LTE roadmap execution, Nati built the Engineering Customer Success organization which produced a significant improvement of product KPIs and a material reduction in customer escalations.
As Head of Engineering, Nati leads all engineering functions, roadmap, budget, and execution.
Nati holds a BS in Computational Neuroscience from Bar-Ilan university (Summa Cum Laude), and an MBA in Finance and Management from Ono Academic College (Summa Cum Laude).
Yisrael has over 30 years of experience in business development and account management where he’s driven revenue growth and led strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and deal pricing. At Gilat, he sought out and sourced new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development. Yisrael also refocused Gilat’s portfolio from satellite solutions to include cellular solutions to drive an increase of 42% in company revenue. Previously, as a General Manager at EMI System in Nigeria, he performed P&L and R&D responsibility for ‘full options’ security solutions to high profile clients in the private and public sectors across Nigeria while also directly managing a global team responsible for product planning, product marketing, new product introduction, software development, network level testing, solutions development, and post-sales support. He has an MA from MeA SheArim, Jerusalem.
Mary Kay has 20+ years’ experience in Technical Project and Program Management working for a variety of Fortune 500 enterprises and small start-ups across multiple industries. After receiving her Computer Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, she was accepted into a prestigious 5 year accelerated management training program at the Travelers Insurance company. Most recently she has held positions working directly for company leadership to drive strategic transformation of Engineering and non-Engineering operations alike.
At PW, she leads strategic initiatives, corporate planning as well as efforts to continually improve operations. Mary Kay is equally passionate about company culture and communication and has led PW’s Value in Action Awards program along with the Getting to Know PW series.
